With a career spanning over four decades, Mick has cultivated a rich and diverse background in residential construction and electrical engineering. Beginning his professional journey in 1984, after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University Long Beach, he worked for five years in technical sales at Hewlett Packard, honing his technical and interpersonal skills in a corporate environment.

In 1989, Mick transitioned to the residential construction industry, where he spent 22 years building new homes, demonstrating expertise in project management, craftsmanship, business processes, and client relations. For the past 14 years, his focus has shifted to remodeling homes, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to enhancing living spaces with precision and creativity. His passion for construction technology and staying updated with new methodologies underscores his forward-thinking approach to the industry.

Outside of work, Mick enjoys working outdoors, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.

A Michigan native, I started working in the home services industry at 18. Throughout college, I ran my own painting franchise for four years. After graduation, I became the General Manager with the same company and moved to upstate New York to lead their northern territory for five years.

My next move brought me to Northern Virginia, where I've spent the last 15 years in the home remodeling and building industry. I have an immense passion for helping homeowners and business owners bring their visions to life—and there’s no better place to do that than with One Vision Contracting.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me having adventures with the wife and kids, taking our dog on a hike, or playing any and all sports outside! Life’s all about building—whether it’s homes, memories, or lasting relationships.

David Lee owned & operated his  award winning boating business in the Fredericksburg area for several years. He has a total of 30+ years experience in the marine industry and has over 15 years experience in the disaster restoration  and construction. Dave’s responsibilities has been leading both the Business Development Department  & the Emergency Response Team.  Dave is passionate about helping family’s in need. He goes over & above to help to ensure that those in crisis are taking care of properly. He is a great advocate for those who don’t know the process when a disaster strikes. Dave enjoys camping & spending time with his wife, family, friends and his 7 grand babies. 

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry, I’ve evolved from a skilled body technician and custom painter to a multifaceted professional blending art, technology, and business. My journey began in the body shop, where I honed my craft in precision repairs and developed a passion for custom paintwork that pushed the boundaries of automotive artistry.

As my career progressed, I expanded into shop management, gaining a deep understanding of leadership, operations, and customer experience. That foundation opened new doors—most notably in marketing and digital content creation. Along the way, I developed expertise in branding, photography, and drone piloting, allowing me to craft compelling visuals and narratives that elevate businesses.

Now, I’m proud to take the next step in my journey as Marketing Director at One Vision Contracting, where I bring together all facets of my background to meet our evolving needs. With a focus on strategy, storytelling, and innovation, I'm dedicated to building a strong, unified brand presence that reflects the vision and values of our team.
